Golf, The Beautiful Game

Golf attraction doesn’t lie in who plays the game but rather the very game itself – from the physical pleasure of smacking a ball down the fairway to discovering all the wonderful rituals and traditions that surround the sport.

To explain to a non-golfer why golf is such a great game can be difficult. If you don’t play, it’s likely you just won’t get it . . . at first!

Football is often called the beautiful game but when you really think about it; golf...now that is a beautiful game.

A Century Canopy

Taiping was once a thriving mining town and used to be the capital of Perak. Its disused mining pools have been cleverly turned into the beautiful and famous Taiping Lake Gardens. Taiping receives the most rainfall making it the wettest town in Peninsular Malaysia. The average annual rainfall is about 4,000mm in Taiping while the peninsula’s average is 2,000mm – 2,500mm.

Brazil will win FIFA World Cup'06

1. Brazil won in 1994 and before that won in 1970. 1970 + 1994 = 3964
2. Argentina won its last World Cup in 1986 and before that in 1978. 1978 +1986 = 3964
3. Germany won its last World Cup in 1990 and before that in 1974.1974 + 1990 = 3964
4. In 2002 and 1962, Brazil won the Championships.1962 + 2002 = 3964

5.So it is logical to predict what will happen this year, to then look for another year that would verify the formula. 3964 - 2006 = 1958. Brazil was the champion in 1958, so we conclude Brazil will win this year!
